Conditions We Treat · Knee, Ankle & Foot

Knee, Ankle & Foot

From the ground up, these three joints absorb and transmit force through every step — and a restriction in one often shows up as pain in another.

The knee, ankle, and foot function as a linked system. A restriction in ankle mobility can quietly shift load onto the knee; a foot that doesn't distribute weight evenly can drive compensation patterns that eventually show up as hip or low back pain. We treat these joints with that connection in mind, not in isolation.

What We Treat

Meniscus tears, ACL and other ligament injuries, patellofemoral (kneecap) pain, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, and ankle sprains — both acute and the chronic instability that can follow a poorly rehabbed sprain.

Our Approach

Treatment starts with a full lower-body movement assessment to identify whether the pain is coming from the joint itself or from a compensation pattern feeding into it. From there we combine manual therapy, dry needling, and a structured strengthening and movement retraining program to address both the injury and what caused it.

Knee, ankle, or foot pain slowing you down?

We'll look at the whole chain, not just the joint that hurts.
